Usage

Use this template to provide the Royal Thai General System of Transcription romanization of Thai words and phrases.

Parameters

The parameter |link=no may be specified to disable the link.
The parameter |italic=yes or |italic=no may be used to specify whether the text should be italicized. Defaults to |italic=yes, which follows input formatting.
To specify text as being an RTGS transcription without displaying the label "RTGS", use {{transl}} directly, as such:
