Deshmanya Lanka Puthra Vishwakeerthi Shanaas Perera (born on August 28, 1978 in Kelaniya,, is a Sri Lankan media pioneer. He is currently Assistant General Manager of ASIA BRODCASTING CORPORATION. Presently it is the number one media network in Sri Lanka.

Starting his life as a Sales Represantive at Janashkthi & Ceylinco he realized his passion was towards Media. After resigning from Janashkthi & Ceylinco, in January 1999 he joined ABC radio as a marketing Executive. By taking new challenges he was able to change ABC radio into a new path. With in a short a period of time he was promoted as Senior Marketing Executive and Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager and then as a Marketing Manager and currently as the General Manager-(Marketing) of ABC Network.
