Tim Horton's Pastries Many pastry items are available at Tim Hortons, a Canadian coffee and doughnut chain. Included are: Plain Croissant, Cheese Croissant, Maple Pecan Danish, Cheese Tea Biscuit, Raisin Tea Biscuit, Frosted Cinnamon Roll and Glazed Cinnamon Roll[1]. All of these are under five hundred calories on their own[2]. Tim Horton's also offers many ways to eat these pastries. If one orders a breakfast sandwich, they can get egg, cheese and bacon between a croissant as opposed to an English Muffin or biscuit. Furthermore, they can also order the croissant toasted with butter or any other condiment Tim Horton's offers.

The Plain Croissant is a classic butter croissant. The Cheese Croissant is made with cheese as well as topped with cheese. The Maple Pecan Danish is a danish with a maple-flavored filling. The Cheese Tea Biscuit is a biscuit made with cheese. The Raisin Tea Biscuit is a biscuit with cooked-in raisins. The Frosted Cinnamon Bun features a cinnamon bun with a sweet sugar frosting, whereas the Glazed Cinnamon bun has a sugar syrup topping[3]. All of these options can be made with jam, cream cheese, honey, and many other toppings[3].
