Michael Judd is an Accountant originally qualifying in Australia with the majority of his career working in Europe & North America. Specialising in transforming business with a specific lens on Business Planning, Michael has written for accounting journals, financial news and online media and consulted with many global businesses.
Early History
[edit]Michael was born in Adelaide, Australia in 1972 to father Assoc Prof Dr Stephen Judd OAM & mother Julie Judd. Michael started his education in California where his father had been studying for a post doctorate in Reproductive Medicine before returning to Adelaide to attend Flagstaff Hill Primary School, Pilgrim School Aberfoyle Park and then Westminster School, Marion, South Australia. Graduating in 1989, Michael attended Adelaide University to study Economic/Commerce with majors in Management and Accounting.
Early Employment
[edit]Michael started work as an auditor for Priestley & Morris Moore Stephens Chartered Accountants. Michael moved in to commerce leading finance for the paint manufacturer and distributor Protec Paints before moving to the property group Hickinbotham's. In 1998 Michael moved to London, England to expand his career and specialise in finance transformation.
Other Activities
[edit]Michael enjoys editing Wikipedia pages especially financial content/strategy and results of global businesses. In his spare time, Michael enjoys competitive sailing and cruising, and spending time with his children Edward and Elizabeth (Lizzy).
