Behavior

• Regularly adds excessive "see also" links (e.g., here & here; many of the linked articles (as can be seen in the second diff) are too broad and unnecessary).
• Copyedits articles, which in many cases involves oversimplification of language.
• Adds unnecessary links in article text (e.g., linking "20th century" (which is unnecessary) & linking "antisemitism" (which was already linked to earlier in the article)).
• Doesn't communicate at talk pages.
• Never uses edit summaries.
• All three known IP ranges geolocate to Rochester, NY.
• Mainly edits articles about race, war, and religion.

• Unnecessarily repetitive language
• Excessive use of "they were"

• Often mentions content being "unsourced" in their edit summaries.
• Edits the Vietnamese Wikipedia (often through the sock accounts they use at the English Wikipedia).
