Welcome to Wikipedia. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edits you made to Teflon Don (album), did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at the welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. If you believe a Tweet is a reliable source for that claim, then I can't help you. Dan56 (talk) 01:45, 24 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Convertible Burke requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. GILO   A&E 05:02, 19 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. When you recently edited 2012 Indianapolis Colts season, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page QB (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from God Forgives, I Don't. When removing content, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the content has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Page protection

[edit]

Unfortunately I don't really know enough about the article subject to determine what information is fake and what is legit, which I'd need to do to determine whether page protecting would be appropriate (or if it's just one or two people that need to be blocked). You should go to Wikipedia:Requests for page protection and make a request there; someone that monitors that page should be able to make a determination more easily than I. —Scott5114 [EXACT CHANGE ONLY] 05:12, 13 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry, but your complaint is completely unjustified. This source agrees with the production credits that I added: you probably know more about the album than I do, but I assure you I was acting in good faith here. I certainly wouldn't have added them if I was certain they were fake. Thank you. I Am RufusConversation is a beautiful thing. 13:40, 16 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect GFID. Since you had some involvement with the GFID redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion (if you have not already done so). Jawadreventon (talk) 15:44, 1 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did at God Forgives, I Don't, you may be blocked from editing. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 23:59, 11 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at God Forgives, I Don't. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed.

  • If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
  • If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 01:02, 12 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Now that youve decided to communicate (rather dismissively ) I opened a post at Talk:God_Forgives,_I_Don't#POV_changes to get othe editors' two cents and clear up this dispute. Dan56 (talk) 19:01, 12 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
There's a 10 review limit for the ratings template (Wikipedia:WikiProject_Albums/Album_article_style_guide#Critical_reception) Self-published sources such as Instagram (which RapRader.com cites) are not reliable. The album doesnt show up at the RIAA's online database search. Dan56 (talk) 01:58, 13 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not attack other editors, as you did to User:Dan56. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 02:15, 13 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

BTW, I explained with the preceding comment here and with an edit summary, which you do not use nor take heed to, as well as the article's talk page, which you ignored. Dan56 (talk) 02:15, 13 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Stop making unconstructive edits to this article. I responded to your comment about this edit (check summary, too), yet you continue to disregard WP guidelines. The original release date and label are for the infobox, per Template:Infobox album#Released and #label. Would have been courteous to give an edit summary. Continuing to go against these guidelines could result in loss of editing privileges. Dan56 (talk) 23:25, 19 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If you didnt create its release history section, then you should of at least noticed it. The album was first released on the 30th by Mercury Records. Dan56 (talk) 23:27, 19 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (File:GFIDPromoPoster1.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:GFIDPromoPoster1.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Stop engaging in fancruft. Removing "generally" (cited in the article) and adding "charted well..." (unsupported) as you did here to God Forgives, I Don't is an attempt to water down language, along with editing solely on one topic. Dan56 (talk) 05:35, 14 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
