The 2024–25 Premier League International Cup is the nineth season of the Premier League International Cup, a European club football competition organised by the Premier League for under-21 teams.
The competition features thirty-two teams: sixteen from the English league system and sixteen invitees from other European countries. The teams are split into four groups of eight.

Note: Tie awarded to Slough Town after Marlow's disqualification for fielding two ineligible players. Marlow later appealed to Berks & Bucks FA against the decision to remove them from the competition. The appeal was formally dismissed by an independent County Football Association.
After an online meeting was held by the Board of Directors of Berks & Bucks FA on 15 April 2020, the decision was made to cancel all remaining fixtures of the competition due to the coronavirus pandemic, along with all results being expunged.
