Please have a look at WP:BLP. Twitter is a user-generated source and is considered WP:UNRELIABLE. People make false accusations all the time, child abuse is very serious. I referenced his sister's Twitter account, it is true that she accused him of sexually abusing her as a child. Per your feedback, I will change the edit from "revealed" (which assumes fact) to "accused" (which doesn't assume either way) so that the text accurately describes the sources.
