[edit]epilgrim.com ® is an online travel intermediary, specialized in land arrangements, built and online B2B system and named it BigAgent™ focusing today on the middle east region, yet offers services, and hotel all over the planet.
History
epilgrim.com ® was established in 2005, by a small group of young entrepreneurs. The name was derived from the early starts of the company where it started as an incoming company for Pilgrims -(individuals and groups)- to the holy land of Jerusalem, and soon after a small period of time, it became an outgoing company serving travel agencies all over the globe. focusing on the IT side of the company, epilgrim.com ® and its managers had a clear vision of where this company is heading, they started building their own online booking system finishing it, and launching it by mid 2006, soon after the launch the BigAgent™ system slowly started to build its own momentum, yet shortly after the launch and in late 2008 it became the dominant hotel booking system in that region.
Today, epilgrim.com® is spread over the 5 continents, and has client, and customers in more than 12 countries, serving them with speed, and professionalism.
BigAgent™
BigAgent™ is a booking system and it was built with one thing in mind THE TRAVEL AGENT, studying the needs, and the wants of the travel agent(s) BigAgent™ was built with care, and craftsmanship to meet those needs, and wants, and with constant updating, refinement, and tuning, BigAgent™ still meets new needs, and demands. Today, and on the verge of launching a new version of the (BigAgent™ V.2.0), the system contains around 50 new features, and refined features it already contained, focusing on the travel agency with freedom of changing and editing the profile, method of payments, passwords, and even adding/deleting sub-agent accounts with almost full control over such accounts.
Products
epilgrim.com ® believes in localizing services, for the international market you will be able to book Hotels, Sightseeing, and Transfers, but for other selected markets, you will be able to have additional services such as Travel Insurance, Group Bookings, and Flight Ticketing.
