Comments on Bibliography

[edit]

Abby: You appear to have picked out most of the relevant sources, but I would also check out these from the list: Buchanon, Silva, and possibly Bartareau. Good job.Njclum (talk) 15:43, 29 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Comments on Outline

[edit]

Abby: You can leave out the information on egg number (this relates more to reproduction), and the notes on ectothermy and bilateral symmetry (all frogs have these traits), but the info on timing of metamorphosis and size is good. I think if you can extract some information on sex differences in coloration from the Buchanon paper you will be good to go. Njclum (talk) 16:03, 29 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Comments on Rough Draft

[edit]

Abby: Good content, just a few editorial comments. You can leave out the first sentence and start with "Squirrel tree frog eggs...". It looks like there might be an error in sentence 3; they metamorphose at 13 mm but then obtain 19-13 mm after a year? Always put a space between numbers and units. Males and females are sexually dimorphic in color but not size. Good summary.Njclum (talk) 16:49, 29 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I think the changes you have made based on Dr Clum's comments above sound great. The only suggestion I have is to update the citations with the links to the articles instead of just a citation in parentheses. Otherwise it sounds great! Saraheperry2 (talk) 14:16, 13 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
