Hello Arjunsubburaj. In my opinion, it would be better to merge this stub to the article Dinamalar and to develop it as a section of Dinamalar. What do you think? --Vejvančický (talk) 08:42, 6 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted image

[edit]

Greetings from rainy Brno, Arjunsubburaj :) I'm not sure why your image was deleted, but you can upload the cover (?) of Dinamalar as a non-free media here on Wikipedia (not on Commons). An example is here, and an useful template you can find here: {{Non-free magazine cover}}. See also Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline. Hope that helps. --Vejvančický (talk) 12:42, 7 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Opps, it was logo? I have very little experience with uploading of these images. Look at WP:Logos for help. Btw, there are several images related to Dinamalar at Commons. However, I'm not sure if they are really free. --Vejvančický (talk) 12:50, 7 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Everything looks OK. One important detail: You can use the image only in the related article. Not at my talk page :) You are a skillful editor, Arjunsubburaj. Have a nice weekend in your beautiful ancient city. --Vejvančický (talk) 14:29, 7 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I have arrived (by some random order of user pages and links) on your page. I see that you are still an active user, so can I be your friend?--CitizenofEarth (talk) 21:00, 8 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Social engineers requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for organizations and companies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Thank you for uploading File:Social Engineers India.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Nyttend (talk) 21:10, 22 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
