tx for the update. do you think the box might look better w some additional stats, though? It only has 2. Whether you were to add normal stats, like BA, or unsual ones where ausmus has a high ranking, such as sac hits, I think it might look more interesting. Holt article

If you look at the history of this article, an effort has been made to remove overdetail. The subject of this article was in the Oklahoma legislature for eight years and cast thousands of votes. This particular bill that was recently added to the article lacks notability (very few press articles exist), was not authored by Holt, and according to the source it did not become law (it was vetoed by the Governor in May, 2016). Also, if you look at the Senate vote history, Holt did not even vote on the question of final passage (http://webserver1.lsb.state.ok.us/cf/2015-16%20SUPPORT%20DOCUMENTS/votes/Senate/SB1552_VOTES.HTM), which at the very least should be noted in the article if this were to be retained. But for all of these reasons, I suggest a more general statement about Holt's voting record on the issue of abortion, to avoid overdetail, elevation of a non-notable vote, and inaccuracy by omission. 50.58.99.184 (talk) 18:30, 23 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
