The article Andreas Haralambous Savvides has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Airplaneman 19:53, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Andreas Haralambous Savvides, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. your help needed :) Airplaneman 21:41, 22 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Christakis, I am posting here to get your attention before you upload Mr. Savvides's photos. Since you are uploading your own work(s), the place to go is the Wikimedia Commons. Uploads here are generally reserved for non-free content. This page explains everything to you and tells you where to go. As always, please ask if you need anything. Thanks, Airplaneman 23:05, 22 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I'm posting here again to get your attention. Thank you for uploading the photo - sorry it took so long. I'm not sure what was happening. Do you have just the photos (the ones that are in the 3-in-1?) If so, can you post those as well? Another option: you can email them to me and I can post them and any others you may have. Regards, Airplaneman 23:53, 23 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I have replied to your email. I think you can attach pictures now by just logging in to your email service. Airplaneman 15:49, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You have a new email. Your conversation with me on my talk is now archived here. Please feel free to begin a new discussion on my current talk. Best, Airplaneman 02:48, 3 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The Special Barnstar
I, Airplaneman, hereby award you the special barnstar for your excellent work on Andreas Savvides. Your contributions to this free encyclopedia are much appreciated! Airplaneman 20:23, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Airplaneman. I don't know what to say. You have moved me deeply and made me very very happy with the unexpected present to me. This kind gesture from you has grown my desire to help wikipedia as much as possible. Indeed I am going to write articles about anything and everything notable, without feeling tired. Again, I could achieve nothing without your help and co-operation which I very much appreciate. I'm looking forward to keeping this valuable cooperation. Thanks a lot. A tag has been placed on File:Gold medal. A. Savvides. July 23, 2010.JPG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I10 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a file that is not an image, sound file or video clip [i.e. a Word document or PDF file] that has no encyclopedic use.
