Happiness (vandalized by sadness)

[edit]

Thanks! It's nice to know someone appreciates my (positive) attention to detail. SalineBrain (talk) 04:00, 5 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Salisbury Plain

[edit]

Not bothered about the hyphen - if the OED says it's right that's good enough for me. Just doing a bit of troll-bashing. Pfainuk talk 19:34, 29 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sperm Whale (or whale)

[edit]

I agree with your capitalization changes, but they will be reverted. For some reason whale names in wikipedia are capitalized. Rracecarr (talk) 05:33, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Re:

[edit]

It was intentional at first; I wasn't sure if it was vandalism or not. When I figured out it was (based on the IPs contribution history), I tried to self-revert (again), but huggle crashed. Thanks for that though. Knight-Lord of the Infernal Penguins 23:53, 6 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Caracara

[edit]

Just a brief note to inform you about a rename request made by me for one of your files on commons, as it is a Southern Caracara (the photo is also currently in use on your front page). Should you prefer another name than the one I suggested, you are of course entirely free to modify it, though I would recommend using something more than just the species name (this sometimes leads to conflicts with different files named the same on different wiki's). • Rabo³16:41, 8 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Re-reading above, I see it perhaps could be misunderstood. The identification as Southern Caracara is 100% certain; the White-throated is quite different (photo - adult right, immature left). The only issue was if you preferred to have it listed under another name than the one I suggested on commons (e.g. "White-throated Caracara - Chile", "Phalcoboenus albogularis - Puerto Williams, Chile.jpg" or alike). • Rabo³17:57, 8 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
All right. Perhaps I was mistaken. The name you suggested is fine with me. Cadwaladr (talk) 18:04, 8 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You are now a Reviewer

[edit]

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, is currently undergoing a two-month trial scheduled to end 15 August 2010.

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under pending changes. Pending changes is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.

When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.

If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Calmer Waters 09:09, 19 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Can you re-check your redirect - I think you made an error. The article you redirected is a general article and not specifically about 1 person. Thanks Denisarona (talk) 07:43, 11 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, you're right. I've undone that, but I'm leaving the redirect of Lord Rothschild to Walter Rothschild, 2nd Baron Rothschild because he seems to be the most notable Lord Rothschild.
