Lost my old account with alot more edits, however there seems to be an intentionally misleading edit under 2006 Circuit court section.
It states he was downgraded to qualified by the American Bar association in 2006 thanks to opposition from senate democrats. However the article does not state it was the result of senate pressures. It merely claims that the Bar Association is sometimes accused of being left biased. This is an intentionally misleading edit. Can someone rectify to say that he was downgraded by the American Bar association. Criticism of the ABA should be represented on the ABA page.
