Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! June 2022

[edit]

Information icon Hi Charitableguy! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. Citing Goudenews(dot)com as a source

[edit]

Keeping in mind the Wikipedia guideline regarding reliable sources, I have noticed that you have been using Goudenews as a cited source in various Wikipedia articles but Goudenews is not suitable for referencing Wikipedia. It appears to be an opinion blog without any editorial oversight created on June 10th (and so has no track record as to reliability, plus the Wikipedia policy of verifiability). For Wikipedia editing a blog or personal website is considered to be user-generated and self-published - it just isn't a reliable source. Please find another source for reliably referencing information in Wikipedia articles. Shearonink (talk) 16:29, 14 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The recent edits seem to show a preoccupation with the Sandy Hook Promise Foundation. If you are affiliated to this in some way, there may be a conflict of interest.--♦IanMacM♦ (talk to me) 16:33, 14 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
