walther

[edit]

You may want to have a look in on Talk:Walther P22 again. Griot has canvassed only those users who want to keep the VT mention in the article, so I am alerting those who were not yet contacted. There has been discussion on WP:ANI about the outcome of the previous polls. Your continued involvement in the discussion(s) would be welcomed. ··coelacan 23:03, 30 April 2007 (UTC

Explaination Requested

[edit]

Crmadsen, why did you delete large sections of the 501 CSW page? Did you have a disagreement with the content? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.69.103.65 (talk) 18:17, 5 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Electronics Project

[edit]

Hi there,

welcome to the Wikiproject Electonics. Here is the template to put on your user page.

{{Electron-project-member}} (just nowikied that because I saw you already have the template.)

Actually, I have only just joined up myself but the project page seems to be dead except for you and me (but I have seen two or three of the names on the list editing articles recently). So as no-one else seemed about to do it, I decided to welcome you myself. SpinningSpark 17:01, 14 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Electronics Project

[edit]

Don't worry about level of qualification. Everyone is equal on Wikipedia, that's the great thing about it. Besides, qualifications are not always an indication of how good an encyclopedia article you can write, I have seen some terrible stuff from top class researchers and some great articles from garden-shed enthusiasts. Your hands-on understanding will be invaluable in many places.

I have been trying to clear some of the backlogs in the project. I've been having a go at the unassessed articles. You can lend a hand if you feel like it, where I really need help is with articles I have written myself as I should not really assess them myself. You can get a list of articles at Category:Unassessed electronic articles. The instructions for making assessments are at Wikipedia:WikiProject Electronics/Assessment.

You can find a list of my articles on my userpage (or look in the article history). I have also written a lot in Electronic filter so I should not be assessing that one either. Just one I would advise to stay away from assessing for the moment is memristor which has a hot debate going on on its talkpage right now (a lot of the project members are taking part in it which might go some way to explain the inattention to the project). Wikiproject Electronics collaboration

[edit]

Hi (again), I am writing to you because you have listed yourself as a member of the Electronics WikiProject. Sadly, this project is pretty dead, but I propose to resuscitate it with a collaboration. The idea is to have a concerted effort on improving one article per month, hopefully to GA or FA status and nominate the very best of them for the front page. I have prepared a page to control this process at Wikipedia:WikiProject Electronics/Collaboration (actually, I mostly shamelessly stole it from Wikipedia:WikiProject Mammals where a collaboration of this sort was succesfully run). There you can make nominations for articles for collaboration or comment on the nominations of others.

If you want to take part you might like to place this template {{WikiProject Electronics Collaboration}} on your userpage which will give you a link to the current collaboration. If you are no longer interested in Wikiproject Electronics, please remove yourself from the members list, which is now at Wikipedia:WikiProject Electronics/Members

Thanks for listening, SpinningSpark 17:39, 23 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed the "sen" in your name; are you Danish? Daniel Christensen (talk) 04:28, 24 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Cory weiher, to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. [Wikigraphists Bootcamp (2018 India)] Discussion on selection criteria

[edit]

Greetings, Wikigraphists Bootcamp (2018 India) is a proposed workshop funded by the Wikimedia Foundation, to equip users from the Indian community with the skills to illustrate using Inkscape and similar tools. This is basically the first of its kind workshop. So we've opened up an open discussion on Meta-Wiki about the selection criteria for participants. As you've a quite decent experience in this area, your opinion will be very helpful. Please given your comments at m:Talk:Wikigraphists Bootcamp (2018_India)#Ideal participation. The discussion will be open until the end of 25 May 2018. Regards, Krishna Chaitanya Velaga (talk • mail) 11:44, 22 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
