Request reason:

Look i'm sorry about the other accounts but I am actually Danny Lauter, Daniel is my legal First name thats why I used it. Im trying to do this the right way. I am a Division 1 Quarterback that plays at Georgetown. I highly prestigious institution. I was only trying to create a article for myself because I am starting to gain a lot of attention in the NFL Community. In my first ever career game and start, I broke the schools passing yard record and tied the completion record. On my linkedin, I have been invited to the super bowl down in New Orleans by Brand Innovators CEO. There are deals coming up and i have tried to create an article so people can read about who I am with the correct information. I have researched it and tried to format it the right way and use correct citations. I have gone viral on many different social media accounts having millions of views. I am just trying to do it the right way now. The reason we did it. the other way with the different accounts is because my advisor said try not to have it leading back to you directly, but if not its all good. I tried it the other way and I guess I didn't know that was wrong, Im sorry. But that is why I created a new account with my legal first name. Please can you help me, How can I prove to you that I am Danny Lauter. Regarding the photos that I used on my page, I got them from my photographer, Greg Horowitz, He used to take pictures for us in High school and I got him to take pictures Of me at Georgetown, You can check my instagram, I just posted it 2 weeks ago after our first win against Davidson. He game me permission to use them in the WIKI page. I am new to all of this so it is a learning curve. DanielLauter1 (talk) 02:15, 12 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Your identity is not at issue. It appears that your advisor gave you bad advice and that your photographer can't just give you permission to use their images, they must be properly released under a license allowing for reuse by anyone for any purpose with attribution.(it would be easier for the photographer to upload them as the copyright holder) In any event, you and your associates dived right in to this experience without first figuring out our rules and now you're paying the price. If you want a place where people interested in your career can read what you want to say about yourself, that's exactly what social media and a personal website are for, not Wikipedia. Wikipedia articles summarize what independent reliable sources say about a topic, and are typically written by independent editors wholly unconnected with the topic. Wikipedia is not a place for people to write about themselves, see the autobiography policy. Leaving aside the sock puppetry, you won't be unblocked to, at this time, write about yourself, so we will need to know what edits you intend to make instead. Your associates should not attempt to write about you until these blocks are removed, as well. 331dot (talk) 07:31, 12 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
