Re:Date on Welcome Messages

I found a solution: use

</includeonly>, </includeonly> </includeonly>, </includeonly>

for the time instead of the subst time. MathCool10 23:33, 29 November 2008 (UTC)

OK, I will do so. MathCool10 01:05, 30 November 2008 (UTC)
It should now look like
{{subst:, {{subst: {{subst:, {{subst:
on the time place. MathCool10 01:09, 30 November 2008 (UTC)

Sockpuppetry

You have been accused of sockpuppetry, which means that someone suspects you of using multiple Wikipedia accounts for prohibited purposes. Please make yourself familiar with the notes for the suspect, then respond to the evidence at Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/ElectricRush. Thank you. MathCool10 05:19, 11 December 2008 (UTC)

helpme Do external links, such as the ones in Piz Chalchagn always, never, or sometimes qualify as references? If they sometimes qualify, would it still count as unreferenced if there is no "References" or "Bibliography" section such as in Piz Chalchagn again? Thanks, ~electricRush (T C) 06:18, 12 December 2008 (UTC)

External links sometimes can be treat as references, if not other sources to be add as evidence, you can get more references to support your articles. --Aleenf1 07:53, 12 December 2008 (UTC)

Removing warnings

Please note that except in certain very unusual circumstances, there is no prohibition against an editor's removing warning notices or comment threads from his or her own talkpage. Newyorkbrad (talk) 01:45, 16 December 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for the info, I had not known that, I apologize. ~electricRush (T C) 01:54, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
Think of it this way—if the user removed the warning, he or she must have seen it first, right? Newyorkbrad (talk) 02:30, 16 December 2008 (UTC)

monobook.js

Your monobook.js is the place where you put scripts (js=JavaScript). See here for scripts of various sorts. MathCool10 04:57, 16 December 2008 (UTC)

Centering the Userboxes!

helpme Could someone please help me center the userboxes in the About Me section of my userpage? I'm having trouble doing it. Thanks, ~electricRush (T C) 06:29, 17 December 2008 (UTC)

Done Using the code on WP:UBX, hopefully that is what you wanted, if it isn't reply here and I will try to fix it. --Terrillja talk 06:37, 17 December 2008 (UTC)

User page makeover

Nice makeover to your user page!

Please answer on your talk page when I comment on your talk page, then place

ElectricRush

on my talk page. MathCool10 03:16, 18 December 2008 (UTC)

Thanks! It took me all night... I'm sleepy. I bet you're going to copy it now.  ;) electricRush (T C) 03:36, 18 December 2008 (UTC)

Just as a heads up- I replied to your request there.   jj137 (talk) 19:52, 18 December 2008 (UTC)

This script has the unreferenced, and more. It's very useful: User:Macy/FastButtons.js. Just add
importScript('User:Macy/FastButtons.js')
to your monobook.js file. MathCool10 05:19, 19 December 2008 (UTC)
I used to have that script. I don't really like it. electricRush (T C) 05:27, 19 December 2008 (UTC)

THANS ELECTRONICS NO NO ABSOLUTELY I DONT UNDERSTAND —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nz-dariiq-boy (talkcontribs) 01:55, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

I have two suggestions:

 1. Try adding to your navigator.
 2. Try adding <noinclude></noinclude> to your welcome page.

Nice logo! (lol)

MathCool10 02:43, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

I was planning to do that tommorrow, haha. Check out the 'Fancruft tool' script I just made and add it to your monobook.js! -electricRush (T C) 04:27, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

Request for page protection

With respect to your recent request for page protection, you seem not to have read the link that was given to you here. As the section you were pointed to says, "...user CSS and JavaScript pages, such as User:Example/monobook.css and User:Example/cologneblue.js, are automatically fully protected. Only accounts that are associated with these pages or administrators are able to edit them. This protection applies to any user subpage with a ".css" or ".js" extension, whether an equivalent MediaWiki skin exists or not." Your request is not technically possible any other way. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 00:33, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

Image permission problem with Image:TheWest.JPG

Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading Image:TheWest.JPG. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the image (or other media file) agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

 • make a note permitting reuse under the GFDL or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
 • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the image to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the image has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as article name or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the image's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Images lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Chase me ladies, I'm the Cavalry (talk) 00:40, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

Signature

For your signature, you could change it to -electricRush (T C), showing -electricRush (T C), adding a "#top" after your name so it won't be bold on talk pages and userpages. MathCool10 21:27, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

Thank you for the suggestion. -electricRush (T C) 23:06, 22 December 2008 (UTC)
You're welcome. MathCool10 03:24, 24 December 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:TheWest.JPG. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Userboxes

You could "revive" your userboxes by adding a subfolder for them, say User:ElectricRush/Userboxes or User:ElectricRush/Userbox. Remember to add it to your navigator! MathCool10 21:24, 22 December 2008 (UTC)

Sorry, I don't plan on reviving my userboxes. -electricRush (T C) 23:05, 22 December 2008 (UTC)
