regarding your edits to sociology

[edit]

I believe that, owing to the length of the list of sociological subfields, there is a consensus that subfields should be listed seperately from the main article on sociology. Sociology of education is already listed on Subfields of sociology (Sociology of immigration, however, is not.) --Birdmessenger 15:02, 25 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I remember there being a sociology of immigration page, but it looks like it may have been deleted. As I recall, it consisted only of links, which may have been the reason. Click on sociology of immigration and try writing a descriptive statement about it: what it encompasses, where it's studied and the like. It can be short (we call that a stub) or more fully developed. See Wikipedia:Article development for more details on how to write an article.
Also I moved your message from my userpage to my talkpage, which is where we usually leave messages for people. If you want to reply to this message, you can do so either here or on my talkpage.--Birdmessenger 13:49, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
