The answer to your question "Can I create a web page to launch my idea ..." is "Yes, you can create a web page about it if you like, but not on Wikipedia, because Wikipedia is a project to build an encyclopaedia, not a web host for personal web pages." Please don't spam the Teahouse with copies of material that you or others have already put there. Meters (talk) 01:39, 15 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi and sorry, I guess that kinda was spamming, I didn't really think about it like that. Hopefully I am starting to improve at this? (Not spamming, understanding how Wiki works) Is this how we talk to each other? If you answer this I guess I will know that. I couldn't work out the whole talk thing it is all very new to me. I also had DESiegel give me a very good answer on the Teahouse page which I will go and thank him/her for as well, regarding talk pages on articles when I followed the link that was provided (reliable) through a few links.I will not spam the Teahouse again, sorry and Thank you.FOI-enthusiast (talk) 10:12, 15 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
