Comment in Relation to the Missing Amnesty Report on Ukrainian Use of Human Shields

In relation to a comment about the needless and on going deletion AI report (of the the Ukrainain Army using civilian and buildings as shields), you replied to someone: "If you said to have anything constructive to say besides whining, say it Gemar145 (talk) 23:42, 17 March 2023 (UTC)".
