Hi there, re: this edit, per Template:Infobox television instructions, we do not label series as ended until after they have finished airing. The content needs to be supported by a reference as well. Also, the |related= parameter is for spin-offs, reboots and adaptations. It's unclear how Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi would be included in this parameter, as you provided no context elsewhere in the article, nor did you use an edit summary to explain the addition.
