regarding 11 September 2001 attacks

The edits that you have made to 11 September 2001 attacks aren't really helpful. This is because this page simply serves as a redirect to the article September 11, 2001 attacks. I'm sorry, but you misread the article. "11 September 2001 attacks" article is a Wikipedia article based on the White House press release at "September 11 2001 attacks". Right now it is tightly based on the press release. However, my hope is that through the use of Wikipedia policies it will diverge to become a genuine Wikipeida article. I don't think I've misread the article. In fact the article is nothing more than a copy of what is already at September 11, 2001 attacks, along with the one line where you claim that this article is about a press release. Don't you think that an article regarding a press release should be better titled so that users can disambiguate between these two articles? The reason this page redirects to the other location is because of the various means of refering to these events. No I think you should look close (or do a diff). There are more differences than that. The idea is that others (of course you're welcome too) will begin to mold this into a genuine Wikipedia article and it will then differ greatly from the press release. I think there are some significant changes already that allow this to more closely meet Wikipedia's NPOV policy. As for the press release, I think it should be renamed, however, the White House meatpuppets who watch over the press release will not allow any suitable changes. --HoComeNobodyLikesMe 02:59, 12 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
