I have no idea what is going on. I'm still writing this article and do not know how to correctly reference, cite or do much with the tools yet.

I guess I should have read the rules first but how is it that it can be deleted before the person trying to create it is finished with the original page.

This site is a little budget. I feel like I'm writing code when trying to find simple answers to my questions.
