Dear Jeromeflintstone,

The NBO information you added is interesting but I don't think it belongs in the introductory section. There's actually a lot I don't think belongs in the that section because it's already cluttered and contains undefined terms, but I'd rather we didn't make it worse. Could you maybe move the NBO information into the body of the article and integrate it into the flow of the text?
