Jhaydn2016, I think you articulated many valid points about the reality of Castro's rule. You also cited a number of reliable sources. If I may make a suggestion, summarize the best of what you wrote in the "closed" secion on the Castro talk page and restate it in the section below, "Recent changes to the lede." You did a good job filing the dispute. One suggestion: I think you need to revise the notice so it includes a link to the page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Dispute_resolution_noticeboard#Talk:Fidel_Castro). This way, people can just click on it and add their summary. Scaleshombre (talk) 18:39, 29 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Scaleshombre I did it one by one, but you are right I should have included a link. Jhaydn2016 (talk) 20:42, 29 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Jhaydn2016, if you have friends who are knowledgeable about history and politics, you should encourage them to become WP editors. Not specifically for the Castro article, but generally speaking. Wikipedia thrives on democracy, volunteerism, and diversity of viewpoints. You've added great insights to the Castro article and others. You could inspire friends to follow your example and get involved with WP, too. Scaleshombre (talk) 06:15, 3 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
