Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one of your recent edits to David Horvitz has been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to David Horvitz with this edit, you may be blocked from editing. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 02:21, 13 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Tb i am david horvitz intern he is a conceptual artist that ask his viewers to try to delete his wiki page. Google search my name with his and you shall see that i am no vandal heres a link to his instagram request http://instagram.com/p/eLgscXMVQK/

First of all This is not a talk page, it is my personal page. If you want to left a message you have to do so at the bottom of the page User talk:Tbhotch. Secondly, blanking a page is not a deletion is disrupting editing, and regardless you are or not connected to Horvitz, or if he requested it, "blank" is not "delete". Deletion is done through articles for deletion, and there you have to explain why the page has to be deleted, note that "requested by Horvitz in Instagram" is not a valid criteria to delete the page. This is your last warning. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to David Horvitz. Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 02:43, 13 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, my name is Joe, and I'm an intern and have helped David Horvitz on many of his Wikipedia based projects. His newest endeavor is to attempt to delete his own Wikipedia page.

I want to be able to help him and accomplish that. I'm new to the whol Wiki editing/deleting and I've accidentally thought deleting the content would bring on a deletion, but it brought on moderators claiming me as an abuser and vandal, which is incorrect.

I want to be able delete the page properly and it's public knowledge that the artist wants this to happen, if you can help me with this and provide me the information to do so according to Wikipedia's rules and regulations, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I've attached a link from ArtInfo that mentions this project of his to delete his own Wikipedia page. Any help would be great!

Deletion

[edit]

Hi, first of all, sorry about blocking you a minute ago, I've reverted myself. If you'd like the article to be deleted though, please list it at WP:AFD. Mark Arsten (talk) 15:35, 13 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Mark, I'd like to do it, but did I do it correctly? I posted on the top of the ADF list, but doesn't seem to be showing. Is the correct way?

I fixed the problem, so it should be fine now. Mark Arsten (talk) 16:41, 13 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Mark Thank you! Do I have your support in my request to delete David Horvitz's page, it's in the name of art, not in the name of underming WP. It's an art work a commentary on contemporary society's accesibility to information. To complete such a work would make for a great piece of contemporary work at a technological and collaborative level.

What is going on? I've explained my intentions on multiple places and have made it clear I am no vandal.?

You and your mentor have continually vandalized Wikipedia, a reference work; and continue to demand that you be allowed to violate all our precepts as if this were an art project instead. You have both made it clear that you have no respect for the millions of hours that have been devoted by volunteers to make a useful encyclopedia, instead choosing to leave Horwitz' pictures smeared over articles where it does not belong, like dog feces or gang tags or "BUY COKE!" stickers. --Orange Mike | Talk 23:47, 13 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I do not want to further waste moderators' time. I see now that Wikipedia despite being a beacon of information genius and freedom it has now become policed by a vast network of tech inclined. It is understood that WP and its users wish to create a credible encyclopedia but in the context of this environment, how obtainable is that really? These moderators hide behind WP handles and assert their WP authority upon editors who simply wish to test the grounds of WP can be. I feel WP has strayed from its open and free spirit and has joined the ranks of the heavily regulated and censored. Take pride in your badges and stars and stroke each others virtual egos and continue policing but know that though you believe your virtual power is strong know that it is your attempt to compensate for your lack a social physical presence in the tangible world. World of Warcraft, SecondLife, and your hitech intellect are beneficial in this realm but you are nothing face to face. Such red tape and assertion of bogus policies and insulting belittling discussion makes me doubt the credibility for the moderating community. Who voted you in? Who instilled their confidence in you? Who gave you the authority? You all are nothing more but an esoteric group of people the usurped control from the power vacuum of WP. So please continue to talk down about art and experimental usage of WP because you are slowly turning WP into a bureaucratic clusterf***. Unblock me, for I'm done dealing with such insults and ignorance. Any if you unblock me and I somehow continue my 'vandalize' I give you my permission to ban me forever from WP.

Decline reason:

I do not want to further waste moderators' time. -- and then you proceed to do exactly that. --jpgordon::==( o ) 15:24, 14 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

You decline to unblock because your ego is bruised, look at my track record, the David Horvitz thing is the only thing that I've done and all of sudden I'm flagged as a vandal and called names and compared to people throwing fecal matter at monuments and graffiti artists. Who are you people and who gave you the reigns, I can care less anymore about regaining my my editing privileges. Wikipedia is run by people who think they are so high and mighty because they have virtual power and vast knowledge of coding. There's more to life than just binary. Go get a life and a better hobby than playing a ukelele

Decline reason:

My read on this is that you no longer desire to be unblocked. To prevent any future use of this template for soapboxing, I have removed your ability to edit this page. Kuru (talk) 16:17, 14 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
