I think according to MOS:HONORIFIC that we shouldn't include "HM" and "HRH", etc. in front of names. Also, it's inconsistent to add them but exclude other styles like "The Rt Hon" and "His Grace", etc. DrKiernan (talk) 20:06, 18 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Parties in the European Council during 2012, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Parties in the European Council during 2011. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. CorenSearchBot (talk) 12:52, 31 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Interim president

[edit]

Hi. Sharif Sheikh Ahmed is no longer the president of Somalia. Muse Hassan Sheikh Sayid Abdulle is serving as interim President. Please see here. Regards, Middayexpress (talk) 16:35, 28 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Muse Hassan Sheikh Sayid Abdulle is still the acting President. As the Office of the Somali Parliament notes, he will be serving "until Somalia elects a new Speaker and a President". A new Speaker was elected in Mohamed Osman Jawari, but not yet a new President. This is why both the president and parliament pages introduce Jawari as the "newly and democratically elected Speaker of the Somali National Parliament" and not as the President (c.f. [1], [2]). As such, Jawari replaces Hassan as Speaker, whose interim term in that position ended on August 28. Regards, Middayexpress (talk) 22:15, 31 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Esperanza Aguirre, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ignacio González (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Please explain your edits and provide references. So far I reverted them in pages related to Lithuania. Staszek Lem (talk) 02:42, 13 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your explanation. Now we have chance to verify how up-do-date information this webpage maintains. Anyway, in such cases the absolute authority is the official government webpage. Staszek Lem (talk) 16:32, 13 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Yes this website is reliable as for past dates. But the current events are too fast and as we see now, this website is lagging. Staszek Lem (talk) 17:02, 13 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Ascension Island, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Sean Burns (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
