Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as at WP:Teahouse, (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 20:13, 18 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you very much for reminding and teaching this subject, dear professor.--Karestoonegoli (talk) 20:17, 18 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

No problem! It feels a bit weird being called professor but if you want to call me that go ahead. I just noticed that a bot had been signing a lot of your replies which usually means you didn't sign. Doing this also allows pings (using one of the many ways to do so) to properly notify the user that they are intended to notify. Also, make sure to indent your replies with increasing colons (so if I replied with one colon (:) you would reply with 2 (::), if I replied with 2 you would reply with 3, etc). ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 20:24, 18 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Professional meaning...

[edit]

The word "professional" means... "engaged in a specified activity as one's main paid occupation rather than as a pastime" Editors on Wikipedia are NOT generally paid, we are volunteers so to describe us as professionals is suggesting that we are being paid. The word "experienced" is probably what you intend? Theroadislong (talk) 10:24, 20 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Yes User:Theroadislong, I'm sorry I used the wrong literature on this. You are right, I have to use the word experienced.

Thank you for reminding me of my inattention to the use of words.--Karestoonegoli (talk) 10:30, 20 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Image

[edit]

You describe yourself as "a fan". How do you explain being the photographer of the professional quality image nearly four years ago? David notMD (talk) 13:48, 20 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I did not understand what you meant by photography four years ago. Please explain so that I can better understand dear friend.--Karestoonegoli (talk) 13:52, 20 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I myself am an art photographer and I have many photos of Zahra Meygoli and others. She is our fellow citizen and I participate in many of her educational seminars.--Karestoonegoli (talk) 13:56, 20 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I asked the question because you self-described as a fan, which suggests a casual connection, but the photo at Commons is dated 10 May 2018 and of professional quality not expected from someone taking a photograph of her at an event. David notMD (talk) 15:19, 20 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
This is a non-specialist talk about the art I have. For example, if you take a photo with a G-Master 70-200 lens, do you say the same about the character in the photo? I took this photo of myself, not only Ms. Megoli, but I do a lot of modeling photography.

I understand what you mean and your concern about my suspicions is respectable. Do not doubt our city is a small city, everyone knows each other well, you can see the city of Bushehr on Wikipedia. And again, your opinion is admirable and I thank you for your concern.--Karestoonegoli (talk) 17:51, 20 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I've left a comment on your Articles for Creation submission, which can be viewed at Draft:Zahra Meygoli. Thanks! GoingBatty (talk) 18:58, 20 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello my experienced friend. I'm really a little confused and count this as a lot of fatigue because I spend many hours behind the computer and I'm on wiki. You help me. He sang a song called DELOM, which is in the dialect of Bushehr, which I found on these two sites. soundtradr , SoundCloud --Karestoonegoli (talk) 19:03, 20 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I don't believe those would work for references as to what songs he sang. I'm assuming someone has already told you this but take a look at WP:RS. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 19:13, 20 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Blaze Wolf I have a great feeling of becoming addicted to Wikipedia and I rarely visit other web pages because I really spend hours here and it is enjoyable for me. Thank ::you, dear Wolf, for accompanying me on this path to becoming stronger and making a more professional article.
I read what you said, especially this part where I was in complete despair but I changed my mind and I was very happy that you are really by my side without any reason.
I hope to gain many years of experience with you. And to bring to the world the women and abilities of Iranian women who live in the hardships of society, and to show their efforts to the world.

Glad to hear that you're wanting to continue! (Btw, when typing, if you have new paragraphs, you have to put the same amount of colons as the first paragraph next to each of them) ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 13:26, 21 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Blaze Wolf How great, it was a very important point. Thank you for reminding me.--Karestoonegoli (talk) 13:44, 21 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
No problem. Not something I do often since i Don't often comment in paragraph format. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 13:57, 21 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Blaze Wolf Dear Wolf, if it is possible, go to my article and express your opinion so that I can make more progress and go to publication.Thank you for being there and I use your experience.--Karestoonegoli (talk) 16:42, 21 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Your user name

[edit]

Your user name is problematic and confusing in that it matches Zahra Meygoli's Instagram [1] and Facebook [2] user names. You probably need to change it to something that represents you rather than the subject of your draft. Theroadislong (talk) 17:45, 21 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Good catch. I don't look at stuff like that so I wouldn't have known. Karestoonegoli you can follow the instructions at WP:RENAME since you can be blocked for WP:MISLEADNAME. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 17:52, 21 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hello. I tried very hard to change my name but I really do not know why it has not changed. Yes, I gave this name to the love of his brand, but I really did something wrong. Help me change my name.--Karestoonegoli (talk) 17:56, 21 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
From what I'm able to see you haven't put in a rename request yet, although I'm unable to see if you put one in through the method requiring a confirmed email address. Follow the instructions at WP:RENAME that I have provided you above and make your request at WP:CHU/SBlaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 18:00, 21 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Your username change request has been queued and is awaiting approval from a steward or global renamer. You will be notified by email when the request is processed.

Current username Karestoonegoli Requested username Nazanin1376

Ah ok it appears you've put it in through the method requiring a confirmed email address. Make sure you do actually have access to the email you've provided to your account. All you have to do now is wait for a renamer to see your request and they'll either fulfill it or deny it. If they deny it you might want to try the method I provided above, which I think is better since if the renamer asks you something about the username you have chosen you can easily respond. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 18:07, 21 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I apologize for that. I will definitely do this important work.--Karestoonegoli (talk) 18:12, 21 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
It's alright. Now you just have to wait. TEchnically if you end up getting blocked you might be able to get renamed faster, however it's better to get renamed BEFORE being blocked instead of after. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 18:13, 21 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for your help and support, dear Wolf, with the way you said the name was changed.--Nazanin1376 (talk) 15:22, 22 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
No problem! Always happy to help! ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 16:00, 22 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Dear Wolf, I wish you could teach me about the userbox, and if there is a place to create it in my panel, thank you.--Nazanin1376 (talk) 17:04, 22 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Take a look at WP:UBX for info about userboxes. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 17:13, 22 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

photograph

[edit]

The photograph on commons [3] says "I am Zahra Meygoli, an Iranian blogger and media coach it was uploaded by you when you used the "Karestoonegoli" user name, the same photograph is used on her Spotify page [4], I don't think you are being straight with us. Theroadislong (talk) 22:23, 23 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I doubt more than I can help you, unfortunately I have repeated it several times, but if reading the identities of others is against a set of rules, you are all trying to identify me. You have the right to doubt me, but I repeat this again, my good friend. I am a photographer. I took some photos of Zahra Migli myself, especially the one I took. Ms. Migli has used this on Instagram and many other places.
If you really have doubts and you have judged me a liar. No problem my friend, delete it.--Nazanin1376 (talk) 06:09, 24 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I could also use this photo that was uploaded by another user, but I used the photo that is my art and Ms. Meygoli used it everywhere. What's wrong with me using it? I really can't believe why it's so useless. Etemadi, now I think it would have been better if I had lied and used another photo with a different name. If you do not believe me, I will send you my national ID photo. [5] --Nazanin1376 (talk) 09:20, 24 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Theroadislong: Dear, please help me to finish this article. Wherever you need, you have more experience than the information I have collected, make changes so that I can see and become more professional in this work.
Thank you in advance for your help, dear friend.--Nazanin1376 (talk) 14:18, 24 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You might be the photographer of that image, however we can't be sure about that since the person has use the image elsewhere. I don't exactly know what the process is to confirm that you are the original creator of the image so I can't really help much with that. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 14:33, 24 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The issue with using an image that is not yours is really the issue regarding the copyright of the image, as well as you having possibly stolen someone else's work and are claiming it as yours (not saying you did that but I can't be completely sure). ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 14:35, 24 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Blaze Wolf: I'm not really fighting this idea. Yes, you have the right to doubt, and that is respectable. I do not know how to defend myself and I only say one word and I do not know how to prove it. This photo was really taken by me--Nazanin1376 (talk) 14:40, 24 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hello I am really editing for hours and days and I saw a series of inconsistencies in behaviors and rules, but no problem, I did not lose heart and continued on my way. Now I need the best wiki editors to help me in this way so that I can see their professional editing and get more and better training. I hope you understand me and help me in this way. I'm not really lying. I even included sources in my message from someone else who uploaded Meygoli's photo. Why should I lie? I really took this photo myself because I am a photographer and because our city is small and I am a fan of Meygoli, I really took this photo myself and Ms. Meygoli has used these photos in many places. Yes, I did something wrong, I named him because it really made you doubt it, but really, if I was a liar, I could have come up with an anonymous name, and I would have done everything with a fake identity .But I'm telling you the truth and I asked you to help me edit. If you even need me, I will send you my national card photo so that you can believe it.--Nazanin1376 (talk) 14:42, 24 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sure there's a way to prove that you are the one who took the photo, however since this is not an issue I usually run into I can't really help you much. There are plenty of reasons to lie about having taken a photo, but I will not list them all here. I would suggest asking at WP:TEA or WP:HD about how you can prove you are the one who created a specific image and you didn't steal it. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 14:48, 24 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sorry to say this, but I do not know where this distrust of yours came from. I really do not think of another way. Because I said whatever was true. If you do not believe and your goal is to condemn me that I am a liar, it is okay. good luck.--Nazanin1376 (talk) 15:49, 24 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I am assuming good faith that the image is yours and that you did not steal it. However since the image is used by the person in question in other places, there may be issues with copyright which is really the main concern. You've asked the question on the help desk and so now you just have to be patient and wait for a volunteer to answer your question. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 15:53, 24 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Unfortunately, we humans are the cause of all this mistrust between each other, not just in Wikipedia, this is a virtual page and it's there. But I do not know, and I wonder why we should speak words in our speech that cause disrespect and address that person as a liar.
I really see in this process that I have been struggling with several times a day, the purpose is not to help edit, the purpose is the court that has been set up for me and they want to prove me right or wrong.
Thank you again for this concern, but we humans can think beautifully so as not to cause identity disorder in our lives and short life course.
Thank You--Nazanin1376 (talk) 15:59, 24 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I changed {{request edit}} to {{Tlx|request edit}} above, so it now displays as {{request edit}}, to show what I believe is Nazanin1376's original intent and to avoid a Special:LintErrors/multiline-html-table-in-list Multiline table in list lint error and indent leak to end of page. —Anomalocaris (talk) 03:10, 25 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
