Hello Tol,
Thanks for your response. I do believe I was writing this page in a neutral point of view. I was pulling information from the official website and used that website as a reference. No problem, KenzieSullivan. Content from an official website is almost always biased, because it is written by its subject. In this case, much of the content that you added seemed purely promotional, such as the paragraph about the school's mission statement. Information from an official website can be used to support some claims, but independent sources are preferred — for more information, see the verifiability policy. In addition, you cannot copy content from a website directly, because this would violate copyright; instead, you must express the content in your own words (see the copyright violations policy). A tag has been placed on Draft:East Ohio College requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://eastohio.edu/about-east-ohio/ and https://eastohio.edu/about-ovct/accreditation-and-licensing/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Thanks for your response. I do not have any financial stake in the East Ohio College, and believe I was writing in a neutral point of view. I was pulling information from the official website and used that website as a reference. I was unaware that this was not allowed.
