Your edits to Vegemite

[edit]

Hi there. Thanks for tidying up Vegemite, especially fixing the structure of the article. Unfortunately, your edits did go against the Manual of Style in one respect - per WP:ENGVAR, the UK/Australian spellings used in the article such as "flavoured" should be maintained, and not replaced by American spellings such as "flavored". Given both the fact that the article originally used Australian spelling, and the strong cultural connection, I have restored the Australian spellings in the article. Also, in the sentence which referred to the Vegemite jingle, you changed the title from "We're happy little Vegemites" to "we're happy little Vegemites". As this is a song title, I have restored the original capitalisation. If you believe my edits to be improper, please feel free to discuss them on my talk page or on Talk:Vegemite. The answer to your question would be ... um. Definitely the first word, and the Vegemite, should be capitalised, the other two I'm a bit hazy on the rules. Maybe someone should ask on WT:MOS or something ... Confusing Manifestation(Say hi!) 10:39, 7 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
