Hi-I have noticed a user has vandalized the Blood article.I've changed it back and noticed this user's other edits have been just as stupid.Where do I go to report him/her/it?

The user has been warned on his talk page.
In general if a user has been warned sufficiently Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism, which also shows some of the process of warning people not to vandalise. Regards, Rich Farmbrough, 19:59 13 October 2006 (GMT).

Grand Prix race summaries

[edit]

Hi Lemon martini. Thanks for the wonderful race summaries you added to the 1987 and 1988 Grand Prix reports. Reading them has really "taken me back". I have a couple of reminders/suggestions for your future F1-related efforts: When creating a wikilink for "Williams", please link to WilliamsF1 rather than just Williams (which is a disambiguation page), i.e. put "[[WilliamsF1|Williams]]" rather than just "[[Williams]]". Likewise link "Ferrari" to Scuderia Ferrari, "March" to March Engineering, "Lotus" to Team Lotus and "Benetton" to Benetton Formula. And a suggestion on formatting (if I may be so bold): most editors leave a space after each full stop and comma, and either side of a dash. Also, to start a new paragraph, you need to insert two carriage returns, not just one. Have a look at my recent changes to 1988 British Grand Prix to see what I mean. But keep up the great work! Hi Lemon martini. Thanks for your recent excellent additions to the 1975 F1 race reports. Are you able to add a reference to the source(s) you have used? I can help you with the actual formatting of references if you don't know how to do it. Regards. DH85868993 11:36, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

RE: RE: NTHINGS

[edit]

Sorry about that deletion. However, you did do two things wrong. 1: you weren't grammatically correct (not like, with nouns, but it was kinda spam-y), and 2: you accidentally added below the category. I apologize. Feel free to edit the list however you wish! 2J Bäkkvire Maestro RQQ et al favorite haunts 12:13, 27 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

"Compromised account. After I reported User:159.15.129.71 for spamming everywhere with scrotums,it seemed my account was hacked in revenge(these was even noted in previous unblock request from their IP).Even once the IP that had latched on was blocked, there were then attempts from other IPs to continue vandalizing everywhere. This was noted and a global lock put on so that access could not be gained. After I contacted the stewards, there has now been an investigation by the WMF and User:JSutherland has helped monitor the activity and has been able to refresh the account to before it was compromised and access has been regranted with a new password.I fully understand it had to be blocked as a protective measure to stop the running amok with posting of gobbledegook and obscene pictures. Now that access has been regained,I would love to resume the productive editing I was previously doing(and have been for over 12 years without so much as a warning)and so am submitting the appeal.Any further clarification please don't hesitate to ask.

Seriously

[edit]

Hi, Lemon martini. I was re-reading the thread about Trumpabteilung at ANI, and it struck me that it may have — typographically — looked like my impatient comment ("Oh, seriously") was directed at you for leaving the user a warning. It wasn't, at all; I think it was a good idea on your part to warn them; what I was impatient about was that they had been around for so long without any admin blocking them. Especially now that several admins had commented in the thread. Bishonen | tålk 16:46, 26 February 2020 (UTC).[reply]

Blocked

[edit]

Hello. I've blocked this account for abusive sockpuppetry, evidenced by checkuser logs. This is a checkuser block. In a spirit of generosity I have set the length at only 3 months. If you wish to appeal this block you will find plenty of instructions around, including at WP:APB. -- zzuuzz (talk) 15:45, 12 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Hi-I'm not quite sure what's happened here-I've only edited sporadically recently but as the only edits I have made have been from my logged in account and so far have been to my knowledge constructive(please feel free to verify these).I'm not sure who if anyone I'm supposed to be a sock of-I did have some trouble with abusive impersonations of my account but that was over a year ago and was dealt with by the WMF and measures put in place to ensure that there was no repeat.Perhaps I've hit some collateral from a range block? That's the thing-as I said above, the only edits I have made have been whilst actually logged in.I haven't edited whilst logged out at all. It's not that the account has been compromised,it's that another editor seems to have hit the same IP area as mine. Checkuser needed. Unfortunately there has been some other recent activity from your device, which was not amusing. Given its nature I would find even an excuse that it was your little brother, housemate, or cat who did it to be implausible. I have added a template which should expedite review from other checkusers, since (unless you freely reveal the activity) only a checkuser can review the block. Should this review not fall in your favour, your last line of appeal is the Arbitration Committee (details previously linked). -- zzuuzz (talk) 16:46, 12 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
