The Wikipedia community has permitted administrators to impose discretionary sanctions on any editor who is active on any page about social groups, explicitly including caste associations and political parties, related to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. Discretionary sanctions can be used against an editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. If you engage in further inappropriate behavior in this area, you may be placed under sanctions, which can include blocks, a revert limitation, or a topic ban. The discussion leading to the imposition of these sanctions can be read here.

Please familiarise yourself with the information page at Wikipedia:General sanctions/South Asian social groups.

Your user page

[edit]

I have moved the contents of your user page to User:Manoj Ranjan Yadav/Sandbox. You have already had warnings and explanations regarding your attempts to pursue a glorifying agenda relating to the Yadav and Yadava articles. Copying either of those to User:Manoj Ranjan Yadav and then twisting them to suit your agenda is not an acceptable practice. Nor were the additions you made to those articles today.

Feel free to play with the material in the sandbox, where it is not visible to the world at large. But please note WP:NPOV, WP:RS, WP:PRIMARY and the information you have already been given towards the top of this page regarding the special sanctions regime that exists for the topic area. If you continue to pursue your attempts to glorify the Yadavs and Yadavas, you are likely to find yourself blocked or topic banned. - Sitush (talk) 14:16, 9 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent editing history at Yadav shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

  • You went through this POV stuff last October, got nowhere and were advised of the sanctions in place by SpacemanSpiff (see above). The changes you are trying to make involve ancient primary sources, are not acceptable, are misplaced, are in part unintelligible to English-language readers, and have been discussed to death at the article talk page. Sitush (talk) 14:54, 9 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • You have just said at the Yadav article that you are unable to contact me "on talk". Why? You managed to speak with EdJohnston last October on their talk page, and there is nothing to stop you commenting here. - Sitush (talk) 15:02, 9 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

For persistent disruptive editing at Yadav and Yadava, I have decided, in my capacity as an uninvolved administrator under the terms of this community discussion, to impose the following sanction on you:

you have been indefinitely banned from making any edits to caste-related pages.

This sanction has been logged at Wikipedia:General sanctions/South Asian social groups. If the sanction includes a ban, please read the banning policy to ensure you understand what this means. If you do not comply with this sanction, you may be blocked for an extended period, by way of enforcement of this sanction—and you may also be made subject to further sanctions.

You may appeal this sanction to the community at the administrators' noticeboard. You may also appeal directly to me on my talk page, before or instead of appealing to the noticeboard. Even if you appeal this sanction, you remain bound by it until you are notified by an uninvolved administrator that the appeal has been successful. You are also free to contact me on my talk page if anything of the above is unclear to you. Bishonen | talk 15:08, 9 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Bishonen why don't you banned me from caste related pages... I was not against any religion or castes... I was only glorifying the great history of yadav.

Manoj Ranjan Yadav (talk) 11:18, 26 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Do you know the history of Yadavs? I will make you understand everything clearly regarding the subject matter of Yadavs. You are intelligent enough to talk to me. I will leave you behind regarding yadav history.... Swear Manoj Ranjan Yadav (talk) 11:20, 26 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  regentspark (comment) 11:44, 26 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Lazy Maniik. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Dibyasingha Deba, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Maniik 🇮🇳Any Help🇮🇳? Contact Me. 06:32, 14 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Chanda Bharti moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Chanda Bharti, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Maniik 🇮🇳Any Help🇮🇳? Contact Me. 06:43, 14 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing, because it is clear that you are not here to contribute to building the encyclopedia. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
