[edit]

Hello, I'm Calm As Midnight. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person, Yu Zhengsheng, but that you didn’t support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Calm As Midnight 00:06, 8 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

[edit]
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because your account is only being used to contravene Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
I've just reviewed your contributions, and a high proportion of them consist of adding negative material about living people sourced to Wikileaks cables to their biographies. This has continued despite the above warning, and is a clear and serious violation of the core policy WP:BLP. Until you demonstrate an awareness of what that policy means, you will not be permitted to edit. Nick-D (talk) 10:02, 18 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I agree, but this editor looks like a newbie who was blocked without explaining him the policy, even though he came with a question to RSN (assuming this is not an alternative account). At any event, he must request to unblock at this page if he wants be unblocked. My very best wishes (talk) 00:49, 19 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
