Marley Davidson

[edit]

Wow! Good job. I thought Sintauro did all those sections at first-- I've seen some coverage of the presentation Jimenez did in Troy this past weekend, I know he used Marley D comics for a big presentation on creating comics, and there's a video too- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gb0Pz2rqNdo I'm thinking maybe we should mention that the Marley Davidson comics are all b&W too? The brown paper bag style covers? Let me know- Isisitrix 13:59, 12 May 2010 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Isisitrix (talkcontribs)

...Thanks. I loved that book. I just got the latest WW3 illustrated and couldn't tell whether the ad was for real or not/or in regard to another project or series. Glad to know it's coming back at some point. I didn't know about the Troy NY thing, I just now googled it and read about it, sounded very cool.-and I think yes on the B&W angle, I always thought it was an homage to the "Eerie" and other black and white fantasy comic/magazines of the 1970s, or maybe he just didn't have any money to do color? I thought the covers were just brown stock or construction paper? not actual paperbag consistency/material.

Sabrina Jones

[edit]

Isis told me to take a whack at these since you were busy with finals-- I hope I'm not taking too many liberties: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:NitroBurningDelaney/Sabrina_Jones I changed the order of a great many things and started building frames for creator information, but there aren't any dates of birth or publication, can you help flesh that out, now that there's more of a structure? I placed the stuff about her living in Bkln with cats etc. at the bottom, it may need to go frankly it seems a little silly. Email me or respond on here when you get a chance (Sintauro (talk) 19:31, 23 May 2011 (UTC))[reply]

I am just getting back into the swing of things. I haven't had a look but thanks for the help and continued commitment. I may sandbox a Mac Mcgill page too, I'd welcome any input on that as well. We can really use help on free photos and you've been pretty good at getting those. -Peace. MD.(Nitro-Burnin' Delaney 13:46, 3 June 2011 (UTC))
NBD, You may want to take a look at the Scott Cunningham page, it needs a lot more work IMHO, it just looks like a resume and I haven't been able to do much with it like I did with the Sabrina Jones draft page.(Sintauro (talk) 19:00, 3 June 2011 (UTC))[reply]
And ditto on a page on Mac McGill, although we should focus on getting this page, the Kenneth Pyle and Cunningham pages straightened out and live (in front of some of the admins eyes) before creating another draft.(Sintauro (talk) 19:04, 3 June 2011 (UTC))[reply]
