Hi. Your articles are funny... I'm sure they shouldn't be in wikipedia, but I can't bring myself to mark them for deletion... Like "the game" especially. --Tomhannen 11:18, 17 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've seen this article on Wikipedia before, so perhaps it got deleted before. Anyways, I've added a 'deletion proposal' tag because it's unreferenced and possibly falls foul of WP:NFT. Marasmusine 11:49, 17 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, just my input: I think both "the game" and anti-birdman deserve inclusion in Wikipedia because they're significant subculture pheonomena relevant to certain age and demographic groups, in which they are important. Wyseman101 (talk) 05:43, 8 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article The game (game) has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article seemed to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. See WP:NFT. NawlinWiki 13:23, 17 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Same for Birdman (game). NawlinWiki 13:24, 17 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Birdman was actually not about "a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content" at all, but fine. It's a game played around the country. The reason that there was nothing about notability is because there seem to be no places to find any information about it. That's why I created the article, because I wanted there to be a place people could find information about it. Quite frankly, all of this makes wikipedia seem rather elitest, like I should have to prove it's "worthy" of wikipedia. But, whatever. It sucks, but whatever. This deleted article is worthy for wikipedia as I have found it very usefull in clearing up the rules. I live in Ireland and the birdman is finding new players all accross the country. It has spread from college to college however an information site is needed to better ground the rules. The fact that the bird man has spread to Ireland and is increasing in popularity should make it "worthy" however the question of worthiness should never have been raised. I have come accross the following wiki page... "Axl Rose feuds and rivalries" This page is a load of dribble and has far less worth than a page NEEDED by people around the world who are looking for a better understanding of birdman. I will end my rant by guessing that no one who would delete this article is a player of birdman. Therefore you have never found yourself been anti birdmaned in an extremely dirty toilete when the local rules would have you lie down in a pool of piss. I will end by stating that all those who would continue deleting this article cannot understand birdman for you have no honour and I would like to thank the writer for his valuable input into a surprisingly hostile and close minded website. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Budgiefan (talkcontribs) 00:24, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
