Nudas veritas, thanks for the response, but I'm not sure it's helped me understand where you're coming from. Your edits to Sacred Band of Thebes appear to be original research--you provide no citation, and conclude that "pederasty" is an improper term based on your own reading of the situation. But our ancient sources speak of the Sacred Band as men who are joined in erastes-eromenos relationships, i.e. pederastic relationships. --Akhilleus (talk) 23:49, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
