Do see Wikipedia's BLP guidelines if you would like help on the new article you ahve started. Especially see the general guidance on what type of sections to have in a biography article. prashanthns (talk) 13:52, 6 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a search with the contents of William Laurance, and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: William F. Laurance. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. MadmanBot (talk) 12:57, 18 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

your camera trap pics

[edit]

Hi Nvelho! I noticed the nice photos you recently added to some articles, and moved some. I think it's a pity that the marbled cat cannot be seen that well in the thumb. Would you mind editing this one ? Like: just cropping the margins a bit, so that there is less vegetation to see all around and more of the cat itself. -- Cheers, BhagyaMani (talk) 20:19, 16 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2019 election voter message

[edit]
Hello! Voting in the 2019 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 on Monday, 2 December 2019. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2019 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:16, 19 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Ram Hari Gurung, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Hello @M.Ashraf333, there citation of the life of Late Ram Hari Gurung is based on the article by Professor Abhi Subedi, a noted playwright and cultural linguist in Nepal. I take that given that the article is written in Nepali and there is a need for more citations (which are difficult to come by in English), but I do think that this needs to be reconsidered from the speedy deletion category. I will add more secondary references about him. Nvelho (talk) 09:57, 4 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Ram Hari Gurung moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Ram Hari Gurung, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Liz Read! Ram Hari Gurung moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Ram Hari Gurung, is not suitable as written to remain published. It appears there is a WP:UPE or WP:COI conflict. Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, and have addressed the UPE/COI issue, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. As per WP policy, please do not move into mainspace yourself. Onel5969 TT me 14:12, 11 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
