Welcome!

Hello, Oddity-, and welcome to Wikipedia! Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Please note that the page is being proposed for deletion; you are being notified because you edited it in the past. Also please note that in the future, should you encounter a list masquerading as a category, it would be appropriate to fix the problem rather than contribute to it. -- John Broughton (♫♫) 02:49, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. TH1RT3EN talkcontribs 22:29, 5 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I removed the [citation needed] you added at NP (complexity), and inserted an explanation. It would be helpful if you used an edit summary, so that it would be clear what motivated the edit. Regards, 23:32, 18 March 2009 (UTC)

How do you know it was meant as a joke? Did you verify the equation was incorrect?74.3.40.181 (talk) 04:54, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I've blocked Martin, and I'll explain the joke to him. (sigh) Dcoetzee 05:50, 22 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
