License tagging for Image:Festigal 1981.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Festigal 1981.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 19:07, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

Club logos

[edit]

Please do not add club logos to articles other than those directly related to the club. Club logos are copyrighted, and therefore may only be used under a claim of Fair Use, which their use in tournament season articles does not constitute. I have therefore reverted your edits to the La Liga, UEFA Cup and Copa del Rey articles. – PeeJay 13:10, 29 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits

[edit]

Hi, and thanks for your contributions. I noticed that you linked some dates recently. This practice is now deprecated. Please see WP:LINKING and WP:MOSNUM. Furthermore, there is an Arbcom restriction on mass linking/delinking of chronological elements, although this is no suggestion from me that you are in breach whatsoever. I'm happy to respond to any inquiries you may have about the matter. Thank you for your attention. Dabomb87 (talk) 15:04, 29 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Segunda División B 2011/12

[edit]

I really appreciate your work and effort with the 2011-12 Segunda División B article, but the groups and the teams in each group are not going to be decided until they which teams promote to Segunda División B, in order to adjust them. Therefore, we do not know for example if the teams in Madrid are going to be in group 1 like this year or group 2 like last year. It all depends on where the teams which promote are from. Puertollano plays in group 4 which is in the same autonomous community as Albacete, which you've placed in group one. I think it may be better if the article was blanked momentarily until the groups are oficially decided (having saved your work from before, of course). Qampunen (talk) 21:54, 23 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • I took this team placing from Template:2011–12 in Spanish football. In this template it is wrote where every team are placed. But I think that it should not be removed, and when we will know the official groups I will change it. Meanwhile I will update the groups by the unofficial team dividing.

OrGW

Yes, but the groups from the template are not correct. If say 4 teams from canary islands promote, then the whole thing would change. The groups are unpredictable. I really appreciate that you have made the article but it's just that the article isn't correct if you know what I mean. Some people may think that Albacete is playing in group 1 and then in a month they see that they are playing in group 4. I will save what you've done on a file if you want to, and then once the groups are done in four weeks, I will paste what you did, together with some adjustments. Qampunen (talk) 06:40, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Fantastic job! You have saved me a lot of work ;) Again, thank you! Qampunen (talk) 09:36, 13 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • I did what I could, since there are more things that I wanted to do but didn't manage, such as listing the teams that qualifies to the Copa del Rey last year, mapping the teams in each group, explaining why there are only 19 team in group 2 and write a calendar(like I did in the 2012 spanish football season) to the 4 group(because I didn't find it).

Thanks for your help and noting me about the groups issue! (OrGW)

Are you intending to make (or are you making) the maps for the 4 groups in 2011-12 Segunda División B? Qampunen (talk) 20:44, 13 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You can use the 2010-11 Segunda División B article by copying and pasting the information of the teams which are present in both seasons. If you would like to, in order to make this fast and efficient you could do groups 1 and 2, and I could do groups 3 and 4 tomorrow. In this way we could finish the article very quickly. What do you think? Could you also help me updating the 2011-12 in spanish football template by including the Segunda División B teams? Thanks! Qampunen (talk) 22:03, 13 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Groups 1-2 and Segunda B teams in 2011-12 spanish football are done. Do you know where can I find the 2011-12 calendar? and where can I find why there are 19 teams in group 2? (OrGW) 12:50, 14 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • You misunderstood me on the 2011-12 in spanish football. I meant the Template:2011–12 in Spanish football for the teams in Segunda División B. The calendar is not necessary (and it hasn't been done yet). For La Liga and Segunda División is fine, but for Segunda B or Tercera División is unnecessary. There is no need to explain why there are 19 teams in group 2, because there will be a new team in group 2 before July 16th. Good job on the maps! Qampunen (talk) 11:14, 14 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited 2014–15 Segunda División B, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Galicia (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Season by season statistics

[edit]

Hi, Orgw1899. I get season by season of Spanish teams from several sources, but all of them are specifically for Spanish football. Basically:

  • BDFutbol from La Liga to Segunda B
  • Arquero-Arba for Tercera and Regional leagues.
  • And other Regional websites.

For Spanish football these are very good websites, but they are not useful for teams from abroad. Greetings. Asturkian (talk) 21:14, 4 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
