If you look at the rest of the article you'll see that all the other headings conform to MOS:SECTIONCAPS; it's generally a good idea to look and see whether your proposed changes look the same as the style of the rest of the article. Please ensure that section headings are written in sentence case ("Driving with passengers") and not title case ("Driving With Passengers"), which is the incorrect capitalization you used here.
