Where are the Forums? Does Wikipedia have forums? SeanWheeler (talk) 22:50, 25 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I moved this over from Help talk:Using talk pages - please use {{helpme}} to ask questions here, on your own talk page instead...and that's why you didn't get an answer to this question until I happened to notice it, just now.
There are lots of different places where we discuss things. Each article has a talk page - so, to discuss the article on Wii Sports , for example, you'd start a section on Talk:Wii Sports.
We have project groups, such as Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games. There are links to those on article talk pages, near the top, where it says, This article is of interest to the following WikiProjects.
More general areas include the village pump, reference desk, helpdesk, etc.
A good starting-point is, perhaps, the Wikipedia:Community portal.  Chzz  ►  02:23, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome and introduction

[edit]

Hi, SeanWheeler. This is NOT some automated message...it's from a real person. You can talk to me right now. Welcome to Wikipedia! I noticed you've just joined, and wanted to give you a few tips to get you started. If you have any questions, please talk to us. The tips below should help you to get started. Best of luck!  Chzz  ►  02:23, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

ようこそ
  • You don't need to read anything - anybody can edit; just go to an article and edit it. Be Bold, but please don't put silly stuff in - it will be removed very quickly, and will annoy people.
  • Ask for help. Talk to us live, or edit this page, put {{helpme}} and describe what help you need. Someone will reply very quickly - usually within a few minutes.
  • Edit existing articles, before you make your own. Look at some subjects that you know about, and see if you can make them a bit better. For example, Wikipedia:Cleanup#2009.
  • When you're ready, read about Your first article. It should be about something well-known, and it will need references.

Good luck with editing; please drop me a line some time on my own talk page.

There's lots of information below. Once again, welcome to the fantastic world of Wikipedia!

Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Pokémon Apokélypse

[edit]

Please don't modify a closed and archived deletion discussion, as you have at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Pokémon Apokélypse. The discussion there has been closed for a fortnight, and any further comments that are made have absolutely no bearing on the finished debate. Any comments that are posted will just be reverted, by other users as well as myself. If you feel that the article should be deleted then you will have to open up a new discussion at WP:AFD. It is the only way that your concerns will be noted and discussed. Cheers, Melicans (talk, contributions) 01:25, 17 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sean, the discussion is closed. It was decided by consensus to keep the article. If you think that it was closed incorrectly, you can list it at WP:Deletion review. If you want to start a second nomination, you can do so by following the instructions at Wikipedia:AFD#How to list pages for deletion. However, the keep was unanimous, so I wouldn't suggest doing this. Furthermore, the fact that Pokémon Apokélypse doesn't have an entry on Bulbapedia is not a valid reason to delete. Please see the deletion policy for a better sense of what is a valid reason to delete. Cheers, and feel free to ask any questions at my talk page! The article has been restored per your appeal at WP:DRV. The existing deletion discussion, which had been unanimously in favor of deletion, has been reopened. You may want to invest a good bit of effort in improving the article to demonstrate that the series is itself notable. If you'd like help, feel free to ask. Cheers, Jclemens (talk) 23:39, 13 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There are some questions for yout at Wikipedia_talk:AutoWikiBrowser/Bugs#Replacing_with_new_lines. Thanks, Magioladitis (talk) 13:34, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
