What is referred to above is the AfC draft submission at Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/William Jay Weissinger. You also created an actual article at William Jay Weissinger which has not been deleted, and you can continue to add citations to that. JohnCD (talk) 21:14, 5 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
