A tag has been placed on Category:Pataudi family requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2007 April 19. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. —C.Fred (talk) 20:28, 11 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Why is being "nominated" to be deleted? Why do I need to "make a case" of why it shouldn't? lol Serial wiki user (talk) 15:25, 12 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You need to make a case because the community has already decided that this category is unneeded or inappropriate. You need to change their minds. —C.Fred (talk) 23:11, 12 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

too long. do what you like.I don't need to do anything Serial wiki user (talk) 03:23, 13 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Mahesh Bhatt

[edit]

Hi, Pinkvilla is not a reliable source, please replace it. Also you state that "we" are editing the page so can you confirm whether you have a conflict of interest regarding this article and whether you are being paid to edit it as per WP:PAID, regards Atlantic306 (talk) 23:01, 10 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

"We" - as in past editors who have tried to put the information on that article that keeps getting removed. There is even a section on the talk page where the sources presented in the multitude confirm that Bhatt converted to Islam and didn't divorce his first wife. Nobody could provide a good reason why those sources were not valid. Yet it can be put in the article that he "divorced" his first wife without any citation that confirms he did that. What is up with that?

Pinkvilla wasn't the only source and you know that. If the issue was solely due to that one source. Why not remove that particular source? If the information stated in those are all "unreliable" why hasn't the Bhatt family ever come out to sue or deny the information in those publications as being "false". Why can't those who insist that sources provided are "unreliable" find a source yourself that counteracts the information editors have stated in regards to the conversion and divorce.

What "conflicted" interest could I have? enlighten me. And why and who would be "paying" me? When all I have stated is facts - that Bhatt himself confirmed. I do not like your tone or the random accusations you have made just because you (for some reason) do not want well-referenced information to be included in that article . The facts and information is out there. Nothing in what I stated was bias only going by what has stated already.
