Valkyrie Profile character organization

[edit]

Hey, nice job in reorganizing List of Valkyrie Profile characters. It was very much in need of space for the characters in Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria. --EmperorBrandon 00:37, 23 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I've been thinking of doing it for a couple weeks now and today I had time, so I'm trying to get at least some introductory information on everyone entered in. Seth0708 01:13, 23 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The End of Editing

[edit]

I remember a time when Wikipedia was actually a useful and informative resource, but nowadays it is increasingly becoming more and more useless as information is increasingly cut, factually inaccurate, or simply unhelpful. Editors have become little warlords, enforcing their will on the pages they've staked out as their own and routinely cuting information out of articles. So many good articles have been reduced to stubs and others are being cut, mishandled, and destroyed little by little every single day. As such, I will never again contribute to this site. I will not correct inaccuracies, I will not help fill in missing citations, I will not help categorize new pages, and I will not add any new information to this site again. I figured that one day this site would become crap, I just never suspected it would be so quickly. I guess the internet just makes everything happen faster. Jeremiah Surd

[edit]

Alright, so you've left a message above stating you won't be editing anymore. Fine, but a few months back you and I discussed placing the character Jeremiah Surd in the "Fictional Anarchist" category, and I've since found the entire series available for download. I've since used the list on the character's article page, and am trying to find that reference, but am having some difficulty in doing so. Assuming that it is a brief reference, I could easily miss it (and may already have,) or perhaps I've missed an episode in which he reference is made. Is there any way you could provide some description of the context in which the reference is given, or what the nature of the episode is in general? That would allow me to narrow my search down a bit. I thank you, in advance. --Cast 01:23, 17 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Back

[edit]

My mood and general disposition has softened somewhat in the year since I last posted, and Wikipedia seems to be back on an upswing, so for the time being I'm back. Seth0708 (talk) 22:19, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Corvus (Heretic)

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Corvus (Heretic), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Judgesurreal777 (talk) 23:58, 19 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Lenneth Valkyrie art.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Lenneth Valkyrie art.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:11, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
