I have blocked you for repeated recreation of a biography without references - which frankly I think is a hoax - and also for your repeated recreation in the wrong part of Wikipedia. if this is a real person who may be notable then you must provide references to support this. During the period of your block take time to read help pages like WP:Your first article, WP:Biography and WP:Verifability so that once your block has expired you can create a meaningful article.
