CONCERNS: -CHRISMASTER1 YOU ARE NOT I REPEAT NOT TO MAKE THREATS. FOR ONE YOU GO TO NORTHSIDE HIGHSCHOOL(WARNER ROBINS) WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE BIASED OPINION ON IT.THIS COMPUTER HAS BEEN OUT OF MY POSSESSION FOR SOMETIME.SO WITH THE I.P. ADDRESS, IT WAS NOT ME. THANKYOU

Apologies

[edit]

Dude, it wasn't a "threat" that I made and yes I did go to Northside but that does not mean I am biased in fact, I am unbiased.I Apologize for any so-called "threats" I made even though they weren't threats because all I said was if the unconstructive edits continue that I would report you to admin. so where in that does it give you an idea that I made a threat? Chrismaster1 14:26, 8, September 2008 (UTC)

CHRISMASTER1 DONT WORRY ABOUT IT, AND I APOLOGIZE FOR EXAGERATING WITH "THREATS". PLEASE CONTINUE TO MAKE EDITS TO THAT PAGE, SINCE IT IS THAT I ONCE WENT TO THAT SCHOOL AS WELL.THE COMPUTER HAS BEEN OUT OF MY POSSESION.SO I HAD "NO" PART IN THE EDITS.I FIND THAT VANDALISM IS AN UNFORGIVABLE DOING ON WIKIPEDIA, MY APOLOGIES CHRISMASTER1.

SOCOM

[edit]

Fine, go ahead and report me, but you better learn wikipedia rules first, you're probably new here. Make one editation instead of five in a row, it's difficult to check it. And as you found out, I was right with the ARSOC - read before you start accusing and threatening somebody. --Novis-M (talk) 08:57, 31 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No problem, forget it ;) I'm always happy to help. US Coast Guard Deployable Operations Group are definitely not part of SOCOM, but I would say they are sort of "special operations capable". Simply, they are SOF, but not under SOCOM command. I hope this will help you, I'll try to search their website later. --Novis-M (talk) 17:48, 31 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This link might help you too http://www.socom.mil/socomhome/newspub/pubs/documents/factbook.pdf --Novis-M (talk) 18:03, 31 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

o_O

[edit]

This is the English Wikipedia. Not the American Wikipedia. Not all (it's not even close) English speakers reside in the US. --HXL 何献龙 18:50, 31 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

People's Republic of China

[edit]

Hey, I think "people's republic" is total nonsense. I have just added my opinion to the discussion, so I hope it will help. --Novis-M (talk) 10:20, 1 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yep. I got really angry last time too. I think I will have to send email to wikimedia foundation, because these people just don't understand. --Novis-M (talk) 10:31, 1 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference

[edit]

Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.

On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being 'minor'. The only thing that's changed is that you will no longer have them marked as minor by default.

For established users such as yourself there is a workaround available involving custom JavaScript. If you are familiar with the contents of WP:MINOR, and believe that it is still beneficial to the encyclopedia to have all your edits marked as such by default, then this discussion will give you the details you need to continue with this functionality indefinitely. If you have any problems, feel free to drop me a note.

Thank you for your understanding and happy editing :) Editing on behalf of User:Jarry1250, LivingBot (talk) 20:22, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
