Please note that a draftspace page needs to be submitted for review by WP:AFC — the reviewer will either move the page into articlespace if it's good enough, or give you feedback on what you need to do to improve it further if it isn't. As the page creator, you don't get to simply move the page into mainspace yourself as soon as you deem it "done" — a more experienced Wikipedian has to review it first, and they will move it if it's good enough.
