Welcome

[edit]

Hi Stewart, welcome to Wikipedia, saw your work on Sentanta Sports and NASN, very cool. If you are interested in TV Channels you might be interested in joining Wikipedia:WikiProject British TV channels. A small word of advice, using your user subpages to develop articles is a great idea, but adding categories tags to them make them visible in those category, which isn't so great. If you want to note what categories the page should be in there are a couple of things you can do, either surround the tag with nowiki tags like <nowiki>[[category:whatever]]</nowiki> or, what i do, add a colon before the word category, which turns it into a link to that category without including it in that category ie [[:category:whatever]]. I've already done that for User:Stewart Brodie/Draft of North American Sports Network so it doesn't show up in the categories anymore. Catch ya later MrWeeble 23:39, 12 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for taking the trouble to comment and offer that suggestion on hiding the categories away on drafts, MrWeeble - I didn't expect anybody to even notice I'd added the pages! Bye for now. Stewart Brodie 23:50, 22 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Galio

[edit]

The article Galio has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Multiple issues:
  • Primary sources
  • One source
  • Stub-level article since 2009 with no to very few edits in last few years
  • Doesn't even explain much about what the subject is about or why it is notable to have a Wikipedia article.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. 80.221.159.67 (talk) 02:15, 1 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
